AgriExpense app for iPhone and iPad

AgriExpense is an easy way for farmers to record just what you do with your money when it comes to your crops.
No more pen and piles of paper writing the same things over and over, something that may have taken 10 lines of writing can be done with just a few touches.

HOW IT WORKS
The application tries to be as real life as possible by allowing the farmer to purchase materials they usually purchase such as fertilizers, chemicals and planting materials,
create the crop cycles that they are planting or going to plant.
Then just as you would in real life use the things youve bought in a particular crop cycle, in this way,
you can use one item across many crops and the cost for each is calculated for you.
For example I can enter in the application that ive bought 1000 cabbage seeds for $40, 2 litres of herbicide, and 40 lb of manure.
I can then create a crop cycle for cabbage and use the 1000 cabbage seeds, I can use any amount of litres or milliliters of herbicide or any amount of manure (lbs, kgs, gs)
and the application will calculate how much ive remaining of each, and how much money ive invested into that crop cycle of cabbage.
When youve entered your relevant data you can view it in many ways and use many of the features listed below

FEATURES
*Excel Sheet can be generated from the data you enter, do you need to go for a loan or do anything that requires the cost of your crop production in detail,
well the application can just generate and excel sheet for you to print
*Viewing of all times you spent money on a particular crop by category ( planting material, Soil Amendments, Fertilizer, Chemical, Labour, Other)
*Expenses/Purchases are colour coded by category i.e. anything associated with a category is a particular colour so its easy to learn
*Able to enter new data, is there something we didnt put in ? thats okay you can enter it yourself
*The application remembers everything you enter into it so you dont have to type it again !
*Your data can be backed up online, have you ever lost your phone or all the papers where youve your records,
well you can sign with the app and everything will be backed up so even if you loose your device you can get back your data with the same account
*You can sign in with multiple devices and have them all in sync with each other, you can sign in on one device, then if you sign in on another device, youll see everything you just did

ABOUT US
Weve tried our best to bring you an application thats useful and easy to use, were spent endless nights trying different ways to make things really easy for you,
the farmer to record their expenses in a crop cycle, and weve made is as close to life as possible. Also weve talked to farmers and many of the features here were ideas that the farmers wanted.
Weve even done some research on tracking cost of production and tried speaking with the Agricultural Development Bank so that they would accept the excel sheet the app generates.
